Work in progress: basic animations with SpeedyPainter

Simple test of a new ‘work in progress’ feature I’m planning to add on SpeedyPainter: the possibility to create simple frame-by-frame animations. The feature is still in its early stages, quite experimental for now, I hope to provide more updates soon 🙂

Improved image filtering – SpeedyPainter v3.4.5

SpeedyPainter v3.4.5 uses a better algorithm for alpha blending. This new solution allows to avoid image artifacts with image filtering, allowing to reduce the image graininess when zooming in and out from the image original size.

Trying to add more details to a previous drawing I did some time ago. The drawing is done using SpeedyPainter.

I used a wonderful photo by Ivan Grlic as a reference, the original image is available here.

Digital drawing.
Done with SpeedyPainter 3.3.0. This time I imported the drawing I did on my VivoTab Note 8.0 on my PC and I added more detail, working on a higher resolution canvas (resizing the original drawing).
