SpeedyPainter 1.4: with new “reference view” feature

In this video I’m showing the new “reference view” feature available in SpeedyPainter 1.4.
As you can see in the video this feature makes it easier to use image references during a drawing. The useful aspect is that all the moves you apply to the canvas, like zooming and panning, will be automatically reflected in the reference view, so you will see always the part of the image you are interested in. This is particularly useful when you are adding details, and if you have your reference opened in another visualization program, you will always do the same operations in both the views, canvas and in the visualization program (and sometimes different applications have different ways to do the same operations, so this can become frustrating).

    • Thank you for your constant support! I am glad you find this new feature useful. Being an amateur artist myself, I am trying to add in Speedy Painter all the features I would love to see in a drawing program, but that current drawing programs seem to miss (at least the ones that i know :p ). So I am really glad that also other people could find these features useful too. Thank you again!
